Physical activity is a substantial means of slowing down the process of aging; it is the way to improvement of psychical, physical and social parts of seniors’ life.
Our aim is to strengthen the health, to overcome the usual stereotypes, to do away with fear and stress by the way of creating social relations at regular group trainings; we are also trying to look for new approaches and solutions to possible critical situations; we enable our seniors to acquire new communication and social skills and thus to gain self-confidence.
